I had a very good experience with the service department. When the diagnosis was complete and it was to take about 3 1/2 hours, Dick suggested that we take the Criswell shuttle to the mall and shop and get some lunch. The shuttle returned for us at the right time to pick up my Audi. The coupon savings of 10% was an added bonus.
